Faulty Returns

If the products you have purchased from us are faulty or mislabeled then we will meet our legal obligations in the country in which the products were purchased.

Change of Mind Returns

We will refund the purchase price of the product (excluding shipping/delivery charges and duties), subject to the following conditions:

  1. Products purchased from the Brazzers Store must be returned within thirty (30) days of receiving the original order;
  2. Underwear, swimwear, socks or any other items that come in direct contact with genitals cannot be returned;
  3. Products must be in original sale condition (unworn, unwashed, seals must be intact or otherwise unused with original tags/labels attached); and
  4. You may be asked to provide personal details for returns. These details will be used for the purpose of processing the return only.


Returns Process 

If you wish to return your purchased products, please return them to the address below, including the original packing slip or a note with your order number. It is important to note all shipping/delivery charges and duties to return a product are born by you and not the Brazzers Store.

We do not do exchanges.



If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding shipping/delivery charges and duties) will be refunded to you using the original payment method. If you are eligible to a refund, the amount of the returned product should be credited back to you in the next 1-5 business days.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.



All claims must be submitted 4 weeks after the final estimated delivery date.
All returns need to be claimed up to 4 weeks from the return date.
